When SCCS appoints service providers to perform any services on its behalf, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such service providers abide by this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your name or other personal information relating to you to third parties.

By accessing / using the MBCCS website and/or the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use by SCCS of certain personal information from or about you, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We have the right to amend, revise or change this Privacy Policy (or any part thereof) from time to time without prior notice or subsequent notification to you.
