After immigrations, passengers are to go down to the Arrival Hall

Arrival Hall for baggage collection, CruiseFly arrangement, Customs and security clearance.
Level 1 Arrival Lobby
Do you have someone picking you up? They will be waiting for you at the Arrival Lobby otherwise all on-call taxi and private hire pickups are located at Level 2.
Level 1 Arrival Lobby
Exit through the doors for the public bus that goes to Downtown, metered taxi stand or you can walk approximately 10 minutes for the nearest MRT Station Marina South Pier.
